However where a cabin is subject to building regulations it is likely the Building Inspector will require that the interior panelling surfaces such as ceilings and wall cladding are treated with an approved fire retardant.

Suitable for upgrading wood and wood related surfaces to comply with Class 0 and Class 1 of UK Building Regulations. The ES/VFR system is suitable for use over most substrates, including new timber, bamboo, chipboard, hardboard, MDF, melamine-faced board, veneerfaced non-fire rated MDF, etc. It can also be applied over existing paints and varnishes (see application details). The ES/VFR system has been tested on a number of substrates to satisfy BS 476 Parts 6 & 7 and Class 0 and Class 1 of the UK Building Regulations. Tested at BTTG Fire Technology Services March 2007. The Coating has also been tested to comply with Classification B/S1/d0 of European Standard EN13501 Parts EN13823: 2002 single burn test (SBI) and EN11925-2 2002 ignitability.Advantages
