Windows are sealed unit double glazed. Standard roof covering is heavy duty mineral felt. Optionally roof may be felt shingles or tile effect sheet steel.

Garage 50 requires a slab foundation with a Damp Proof Membrane running through the slab.
As standard Garage 50 has wooden swing doors fitted with a secure top and bottom bolt. As an option a wooden up and over door is available. Call for pricing.
The Garage 50 pictured on this page was exhibited at the Goodwood Festival of speed in 2010 and is fitted with the optional roof shingles.
