- Troll Varnish is the best elastic varnish in the market. It is specially suited to softwood and has an excellent light filter protecting the wood from the mellowing process over time. Mainly used on log-cabin and timber home floors, it is also very suitable for sealing timber in wet rooms and kitchens. We also supply a water based stain which can be used under the varnish to match the colour of choice. We have even developed a special applicator to make the job easy and enjoyable.
