Inspired by designs seen in the Alps, these houses offer that something extra - a spacious layout thanks to a small loftroom for use as a third bedroom or storage area.
A beautiful full length terrace protected by an overhanging roof is accessed by triple glazed double doors from the lounge. The lounge is full height up to the roof. Stairs lead from the lounge to the split level loft area at the rear of the building suitable for use as a bedroom or study.
The Jarven range is beautifully appointed with triple glazed windows throughout. It comes with a sauna fitted as standard ('Bastu' in Swedish).

Like all our products the Jarven can be customised to suit your needs.
Pictured here is a Jarven which has been placed on top of a concrete ground floor recessed into a hillside to create a log cabin restaurant.
As standard the Jarven is supplied with a mineral felt roof. As an option we can supply Plannja roofing.
The prices quoted are for supply of the building, including walls, floors, ceiling, roof, felt roof covering, windows, external and internal doors, and door/window furniture.
Not included is roofing tiles, plumbing, sanitary ware, kitchen units, electrical fittings, foundations, paint, or installation.
If you would like us to install the building for you refer to the 'Installation' pricing.
As a very rough "Rule of thumb" a fully built and fitted out house should cost approximately twice the basic materials cost.
