Ready built Mobo 111

The Mobo 111 conforms to building standards for a mobile home (park home). As such it enjoys the relaxed planning regulations enjoyed by mobile/park homes. It has a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins, and so is constructed of 58mm interlocking logs, double glazed windows and doors, and wall, ceiling and floor insulation to keep you comfortable in the coldest of winters.

Mobo 111 is supplied on a of 60' X 20' steel chassis in two sections and has a floor area of 111 sq m with three double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, lounge and kitchen/ dining room.

The kitchen is fitted with units, an oven, hob and fridge/freezer. Optionally it can be supplied with washing machine and dishwasher.

The Mobo range of park homes have a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins. They come with double glazed windows and doors, insulated walls, and internal walls and doors. They are fully finished with a kitchen, bathroom, heating electrics, and are ready treated with Butinox wood stain.

Optionally the Mobo can be supplied fully furnished.

The price quoted is 'ex-works' There will be a delivery and siting charge which depends on the distance from your site to our factory in Leicestershire.

Traditionally mobile homes have been zero rated for VAT which made them particularly attractive. In the 2012 budget the Chancellor announced that mobile homes would be subject to 20% standard rate VAT from October 1st 2012. So if you intend to buy a mobile home this year then do so before October to beat the VAT increase.
