Ready built Mobo 54

The Mobo 54 conforms to building standards for a mobile home (park home). As such it enjoys the relaxed planning regulations enjoyed by mobile/park homes. It has a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins, and so is constructed of 58mm interlocking logs, double glazed windows and doors, and wall, ceiling and floor insulation to keep you comfortable in the coldest of winters.

Mobo 54 is supplied on a 30' X 20' steel chassis in two sections, and has a floor area of 54 sq m with two bedrooms, bathroom, and lounge/kitchen.

There is an option for a 5 foot terrace leading off the lounge with a different room layout.

The Mobo range of park homes have a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins. They come with double glazed windows and doors, insulated walls, and internal walls and doors. They are fully finished with a kitchen, bathroom, heating electrics, and are ready treated with Butinox wood stain.
The kitchen includes an oven,hob, cooker hood, and fridge/freezer.

Optionally the Mobo can be supplied fully furnished.

The cabin pictured here is fitted with a non standard add on terrace.

The price quoted is 'ex-works' There will be a delivery and siting charge which depends on the distance from your site to our factory in Lincolnshire.

Mobile homes are not liable for VAT so the Mobo is especially cost effective. However at the moment our software is not able to show prices without VAT so please ignore the remarks about VAT above.
