Ready built Mobo 65

The Mobo 65 conforms to building standards for a mobile home (park home). As such it enjoys the relaxed planning regulations enjoyed by mobile/park homes. It has a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins, and so is constructed of 58mm interlocking logs, double glazed windows and doors, and wall, ceiling and floor insulation to keep you comfortable in the coldest of winters.

Mobo 65 is supplied on a 35' X 20' steel chassis in two sections, and has a floor area of 65 sq m with two bedrooms, separate bathroom with bath, WC and basin, and lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with Burford kitchen units in cream, and comes complete with a Baumatic LPG stove, and fridge/freezer.

The Mobo range of park homes have a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins. They come with double glazed windows and doors, insulated walls, and internal walls and doors. They are fully finished with a kitchen, bathroom, heating electrics, and are ready treated with Butinox wood stain.
The kitchen includes a Baumatic stove, cooker hood, and fridge/freezer.

The price quoted is 'ex-works' There will be a delivery and siting charge which depends on the distance from your site to our factory in Lincolnshire.

Mobile homes are not liable for VAT so the Mobo is especially cost effective.
