Floor

• 15-28 Damp proof course, 2 X 34 X 120mm trimmer, 34 X 120mm joists and 25 X 100 mm ledgers. Subfloor in cut to width sheets prepared for insulation. 22mm particleboard floor. For rest room in Lillebo 28, 22mm pine kiln dried floorboards
• 35 Damp proof course, 90 X 145mm trimmer, 34 X 170mm joists and 25 X 100 mm ledgers. Subfloor in cut to width sheets prepared for insulation. Rest room 22mm pine kiln dried floorboards (supplied in protective packaging until required) with 22mm particleboard for sauna, storage room and changing room.

External walls

Cross-corner jointed Northern Scandinavian pine 58 X 136 mm planed tongue and groove profiled timber, fully marked and ready for assembly.

Roof

45 X 195mm purlins with 34 X 95mm rafters and 17mm tongue and groove rough sawn sheathing, covered with waterproof felt. Dimensioned for snowzone 3 - higher loadings available on request.

Ceiling

Panelling of 15mm tongue and grooved profiled cladding (ready for insulation)..

Partition wall

• 15-28 Partition wall studs 45 X 45mm @ 600mm centres, 22 X 136mm timber panelling on both sides
• 35 Lengthwise partition wall 58 X 136mm studs @ 600mm centres, 22 X 136mm timber panelling on both sides.Crosswise partition wall studs 45 X 45mm @ 600mm centres, 22 X 136mm timber panelling on both sides

Finishing

Triple 22 X 145mm barge boards, 22 X 95mm water boards, 22 X 120mm fascia board and external lining for door and windows. Sawn decoration for mounting under lower barge board. Interior skirting 12 X 57mm, 45 X 45mm and 15 X 57mm window lining, cornice 22 X 54mm. Rustic skirting board 19 X 95mm and window lining 21 X 75mm in Lillebo 35.

Window and door

Entrance door with handle and cylinder lock, double glazed light, frame & metal sill. Opening window with double glazed pane and optional window bars. Sauna door with handle. Untreated internal rustic door Lillebo 28 & 35 only

Verandah

• 15-28 34 X 95mm joists with 22 X 95mm impregnated flooring. 58 X 136mm planed tongue and groove profile railings continous with walls. 34 X 115 handrails. 2 off turned supports.
• 35 45 X 145mm impregnated joists with 28 X 95mm impregnated flooring. Remainder as for 15-28.

Drawings

Every delivery includes a main drawing, foundation drawing and assembly instructions.

Options 15-28:

• Insulation for floor, ceiling 120mm mineral wool
• 45 X 120mm studwork @ 600mm centres, mineralwoolboard 120mm (45mm in partition walls), weatherproof membrane and 22 X 136mm timber panelling.

Options 35:

• Insulation for floor, ceiling 170mm mineral wool
• Insulation in roof 215mm mineral wool board (95 + 120)
• 45 X 120mm studwork @ 600mm centres, mineralwoolboard 120mm (45mm in partition walls), weatherproof membrane and 22 X 136mm timber panelling (10mm particleboard in storeroom).

Extra

We reserve the right to make substitutions of similar or better quality in all deliveries without prior notification, including in the instructions and delivery descriptions, without affecting the overall suitability. Nails not included.
