The Tallhojden 60 is a full two story houses. It features the same high specification as our other houses with triple glazing throughout.

• Tallhojden 60 Layout - Downstairs is an open plan hallway/lounge/kitchen plus a bathroom and a downstairs bedroom. Stairs from the hallway lead up to two generously proportioned bedrooms and a shower room.

As standard a mineral felt roof is supplied. As an option we can supply Plannja roofing.

The prices quoted are for supply of the building, including walls, floors, ceiling, roof, felt roof covering, windows, external and internal doors, and door/window furniture.

The standard delivery charge for this product is 10% of the order value to anywhere in mainland Britain or 15% to Ireland
