Talliden 70 is a comfortably dimensioned two bedroomed bungalow. A porchway shelters the front door which opens into a hallway. To the right are two bedrooms, one double, and one single. To the left of the hall is a generously dimensioned 22 sq m lounge which is connected by an archway to a 12 sq m kitchen/dining room.

As with all the Tallhus range Talliden 70 is triple glazed throughout and superbly insulated in excess of UK building standards. The living room has a quality 'Baseco' pine floor, and its walls are clad in Pine log timber cladding.
Bedrooms are floored in particle board, and walls are gypsum plasterboarded.

The standard delivery charge for this product is 10% of the order value to anywhere in mainland Britain or 15% to Ireland
