For those who like the spaciousness of the chalet design but within the traditional design values of the bungalows we have the Talltoppen log house series.
The Model shown is the Talltoppen 90
Talltoppen log houses are available in a number of configurations up to an area of 110m². They are fully insulated, and have triple glazed doors and windows.
The full width terrace is protected by an overhanging roof and leads into the lounge area by double doors. The lounge has a full height ceiling up to the roof making it feel very spacious. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine level loft area which is open to the lounge space, and is suitable for use as a study, TV room etc. Underneath the mezzanine floor are the bedrooms.

Here we can see the triple glazed wooden framed windows used in Talltoppen log houses.
As standard a mineral felt roof is supplied. As an option we can supply Plannja roofing.
The prices quoted are for supply of the building, including walls, floors, ceiling, roof, felt roof covering, windows, external and internal doors, and door/window furniture.
Not included is roofing tiles, plumbing, sanitary ware, kitchen units, electrical fittings, foundations, paint, or installation.

As a very rough "Rule of thumb" a fully built and fitted out house should cost approximately twice the basic materials cost.
