With its contra inclined dual mono-pitched roof Trend 100 has a very contemporary look. The full height windows across the full width of the lounge create a marvellous impression of space and light.

A mezzanine floor at the back of the lounge provides a loft area. This three bedroomed house makes optimal use of available space.

The lounge ceiling is nearly four metres high and is pre painted in fire resistant white panelling. Trend 100 has an even higher specification than the smaller Trend models and features enhanced wall and ceiling insulation making this an exceptionally thermally efficient home.
