Trend 150 is the largest house in the Trend range with 150 square metres downstairs, and an additional 16 square metres on the mezzanine floor. With its high ceilings and huge expanse of windows the impression given by Trend 150 is one of light and space. Top quality materials are used throughout and like Trend 100 the walls and ceiling have extra insulation to make this house extremely thermally efficient.

• Pre painted fire resistant ceiling panels
• High quality 'Baseco' brand pre stained 25mm thick Pine floorboards in lounge and bedrooms.
• Log profiled panelling on some walls, 13mm plasterboard on others.

• Roof covered with sheet steel panelling with a 'Zinc raised seam appearance'.
• Suitable for plinth, trench, or slab foundations.
