Trend 80 has its entrance on the opposite side compared to Trend 70. The extra ten square metres of floor area allows it to be configured as a three bedroomed house complete with a sauna room.
The full height windows in the lounge complete the look of the Trend series.

Trend 80 is ideal for use as a family home, or a holiday cottage. The default layout shows it configured with three bedrooms plus hall, bathroom, sauna room, and lounge/kitchen.

• Triple glazed windows with LE glass and a market leading U value of 1.0 with pre painted Pine frames.
• Triple glazed terrace door in the lounge, and a fully insulated door to the hall

• High quality 'Baseco' brand pre stained 25mm thick Pine floorboards in lounge and bedrooms.
• Log profiled panelling on some walls, 13mm plasterboard on others.

• Roof covered with sheet steel panelling with a 'Zinc raised seam appearance'.
